Modificări importante în Declaratia unică în 2025

Începând cu anul 2025, Formularul 212, folosit pentru raportarea veniturilor obținute de persoanele fizice din activități independente, chirii și alte surse, va suferi modificări semnificative. Termenul limită pentru depunerea Declaratiei unice, care este 25 mai, va fi, în acest an, pe 23 mai, care cade într-o zi de vineri.

Toate persoanele fizice care obțin venituri din diverse surse sunt obligate să completeze acest formular. De asemenea, și cei care nu au venituri, dar doresc să plătească contribuția pentru asigurările de sănătate, trebuie să depună Declarația unică.

Anul 2025 aduce mai multe noutăți importante. Una dintre acestea este eliminarea obligației contribuabililor de a estima veniturile și contribuțiile pentru anul în curs. Astfel, contribuabilii vor declara doar veniturile realizate în anul anterior. În cazul persoanelor care înregistrează pierderi sau venituri zero, acestea nu vor mai datora contribuția la asigurările sociale de sănătate (CASS), având opțiunea de a alege un alt tip de asigurare.

De asemenea, veniturile din chirii vor fi calculate într-un mod simplificat, prin deducerea a 20% din venitul brut. În plus, ANAF va introduce anul viitor o Declarație precompletată pentru a facilita procesul de raportare a veniturilor. Este important de menționat că redirecționarea impozitului de până la 3,5% va fi permisă doar pentru veniturile provenite din salarii și pensii. Aceste schimbări sunt menționate în publicațiile de specialitate.
