Noi reglementări în industria produselor textile

Începând cu 1 ianuarie 2025, toate produsele din industria textilă vor fi obligate să aibă un pasaport digital. Această măsură face parte dintr-o directivă europeană menită să sporească transparența și sustenabilitatea produselor textile. Pasaportul digital va consta într-o etichetă accesibilă, care va oferi informații despre impactul ecologic al fiecărui produs.

Această nouă reglementare va facilita și autorităților verificarea conformității produselor cu cerințele legale. Tot de la aceeași dată, va intra în vigoare obligația ca, în procesul de producție, 40% din materia primă folosită să fie din materiale reciclate sau recuperate.

Mihai Pasculescu, președintele Fepaius, a declarat într-un interviu că această directivă va aduce o revoluție în industria textilelor, a confecțiilor, pielăriei și a încălțămintei. Pasculescu a menționat că, începând cu 1 ianuarie 2025, fiecare produs va avea un cod QR, un tip de pasaport digital, care va oferi detalii despre emisiile de carbon, consumul de apă și durata de utilizare recomandată a produselor textile.

Cu toate acestea, Pasculescu a exprimat îngrijorări cu privire la pregătirea industriei textile autohtone pentru aceste schimbări, subliniind că mulți antreprenori din domeniu nu par să fie interesați de noile reglementări care se vor aplica începând cu 1 ianuarie 2025.
