Parlamentul adoptă pachetul fiscal cu majorări de taxe pentru locuințe și mașini

Marți, 18 noiembrie, Camera Deputaților a votat cu 253 de voturi „pentru” pachetul fiscal care prevede creșteri de impozite pe locuințe și autoturisme, precum și noi obligații pentru firme și PFA-uri. Proiectul, inițial respins parțial de Curtea Constituțională, merge acum spre promulgare după eliminarea unor articole neconstituționale.

Votul final a fost categoric: 253 de parlamentari au fost pentru, 128 împotrivă, iar 3 aleși nu au participat la vot, alți 3 abținându-se. Articolele eliminate se refereau la testele poligraf pentru angajații ANAF, ONJN și Autoritatea Vamală, în timp ce menținerea avizului psihologic de integritate a fost păstrată.

Potrivit alba24.ro, noile taxe vor intra în vigoare de la 1 ianuarie 2026. Pachetul include măsuri precum impozitul minim pentru marile companii, taxe ecologice auto, noi reguli privind capitalul social și acționariatul și fiscalizarea criptomonedelor, printre altele.

Legea face parte din cele cinci proiecte asumate de Guvernul Bolojan în septembrie 2025. Modificările aduse vizează creșterea impozitelor pe locuințe și terenuri, condiții noi pentru impozitarea închirierilor în regim hotelier și discipline financiare care vizează firmele și persoanele fizice autorizate.
