Patronatul antreprenorilor cere măsuri fiscale pentru creșterea salariului minim în 2026

Patronatul Antreprenorilor din Contabilitate, Taxe și Audit din România (PACR) avertizează că o majorare a salariului minim brut în 2026, fără relaxări fiscale, va crește semnificativ costurile angajatorilor. Această situație va afecta în mod special microîntreprinderile și IMM-urile.

În acest context, PACR propune majorarea plafonului neimpozabil pentru salariații plătiți cu salariul minim de la 300 lei la 500 lei lunar, începând odată cu aplicarea noului salariu minim. De asemenea, sugerează instituirea unui mecanism de sincronizare fiscală pentru ajustarea automată a facilităților fiscale, conform HG nr. 35/2025.

Potrivit alba24.ro, și confederația IMM România s-a alăturat cererilor de păstrare a salariului minim brut la nivelul actual pentru anul 2026, solicitând Guvernului să înghețe această valoare. Aceasta vine ca răspuns la impactul majorării asupra întreprinderilor mici și mijlocii.

Menționările privind acest subiect au apărut în cadrul dezbaterilor lansate de Startupcafe.ro, care informează că propunerile PACR sunt menite să prevină presiunea suplimentară asupra angajatorilor. Astfel, patronatul solicită măsuri care să aducă predictibilitate și echilibru în procesul de actualizare a salariului minim.
