Reciclarea ambalajelor SGR din plastic continuă și după 3 iulie

Persoanele care reciclează ambalaje SGR din plastic fără dop sau cu capac vor avea în continuare posibilitatea de a le returna și după 3 iulie. RetuRO, administratorul sistemului de garanție-returnare, a făcut recent acest anunț.

Conform directivei UE privind plasticul de unică folosință, adoptată în legislația din România prin Ordonanța de Guvern nr. 6/2021, data de 3 iulie 2024 marchează termenul de la care vor fi introduse pe piață doar recipiente de băuturi care respectă cerința de a avea dopurile și capacele atașate în timpul utilizării. Totuși, această modificare nu influențează modul în care consumatorii pot returna ambalajele în cadrul SGR, a precizat sursa citată de antena3.ro.

Din punct de vedere tehnic, aparatele RVM (reverse vending machines) pentru colectare automată sunt configurate să recunoască și să accepte ambalaje atât cu, cât și fără dop.
