ROBOR scade ușor la toate scadențele, IRCC atinge un nou nivel record

Indicele ROBOR la trei luni, folosit pentru calcularea dobânzii variabile la creditele de consum în lei, a scăzut ușor miercuri, ajungând la 6,47% pe an de la 6,48%. Indicele la șase luni, aferent creditelor ipotecare, a coborât la 6,61%, în timp ce cel la 12 luni a scăzut la 6,81%.

Indicele de referință pentru creditele consumatorilor (IRCC) a atins 6,06% pentru perioada octombrie-decembrie, fiind cel mai ridicat nivel înregistrat până acum. IRCC se calculează ca medie a dobânzilor zilnice interbancare din trimestrul anterior și va scădea ulterior până la 5,68%.

Potrivit alba24.ro, Banca Națională a României a hotărât în ședința din 8 octombrie menținerea ratei dobânzii de politică monetară la 6,50% pe an, precum și a ratelor pentru facilitatea de creditare și cea de depozit, la 7,50% și respectiv 5,50% pe an.

ROBOR, indicele mediu al dobânzii la împrumuturile interbancare în lei, rămâne relevant în special pentru creditele vechi, precum cele din programul Prima Casă. Deși indicele a fost înlocuit pentru creditele noi de consum de IRCC începând cu 2019, fluctuațiile sale continuă să influențeze costurile creditelor variabile.
