Schimbări pentru clienții OTP Bank după preluarea de către Banca Transilvania

Mulți clienți ai OTP Bank se întreabă ce se va întâmpla cu cardurile lor, după ce banca a fost preluată de Banca Transilvania. Potrivit informațiilor disponibile, tranzitia va avea loc fără probleme, dar cardurile trebuie înlocuite într-un interval de timp stabilit.

Integrarea serviciilor va începe pe 28 februarie, iar între 28 februarie și 2 martie vor avea loc diverse operațiuni tehnice. Clienții OTP Bank care doresc să utilizeze conturile și aplicațiile actuale au timp până pe 28 februarie, ora 12:00. Cardurile emise de OTP vor fi active până pe 1 martie, ora 21:30, iar pe 2 martie, de la ora 07:00, noile carduri emise de Banca Transilvania vor fi disponibile.

După activarea cardurilor BT, începând cu 3 martie, clienții vor avea acces complet la toate produsele și serviciile Banca Transilvania. Banca recomandă tuturor foștilor clienți OTP să ridice noile carduri cât mai repede posibil pentru a avea o experiență fără probleme.

Pe site-ul BT/OTPBankRomania și în sucursale, clienții pot verifica informațiile necesare pentru ridicarea noilor carduri. Este foarte important ca utilizatorii să fie vigilenți la posibilele tentative de fraudă și să nu ofere informații personale în urma unor apeluri sau e-mailuri suspecte.

De asemenea, activarea cardurilor BT trebuie realizată conform instrucțiunilor primite de la bancă pentru a asigura siguranța conturilor și a tranzacțiilor.
