Senatul va dezbate limitarea vânzărilor pentru produsele sub marcă proprie în supermarketuri

O propunere legislativă înregistrată la Senat prevede limitarea cotei maxime de vânzări pentru produsele sub marcă proprie la 20% din totalul vânzărilor pe fiecare grupă de produse în supermarketuri și hipermarketuri. Inițiatorii susțin că această măsură va crea un mediu concurențial echitabil.

Proiectul de lege are ca scop protejarea intereselor producătorilor locali și a consumatorilor, afirmând că actuala situație avantajează nejustificat marile lanțuri comerciale. Expunerea de motive subliniază nevoia de echilibru pe piața de retail, bazându-se pe rapoarte ale Consiliului Concurenței și ANPC.

De asemenea, inițiatorii menționează că asociațiile producătorilor români au făcut sesizări cu privire la impactul negativ al ponderii mari a produselor proprii în retail. Potrivit alba24.ro, această măsură vizează să susțină concurența loială și să echilibreze pozițiile dintre marii comercianți și producători.

Proiectul modifică Legea concurenței nr. 21/1996 și urmărește instituirea unui prag maxim pentru vânzările de produse marca proprie, în contextul unui mediu de afaceri mai echitabil. Inițiatorii au precizat: „Propunerea legislativă urmăreşte instituirea unei măsuri pentru restabilirea echilibrului pe piaţa de retail.”
