Taxa auto pentru mașinile poluante ar putea fi reintrodusă

Taxa auto pentru vehiculele poluante ar putea reveni, conform declarațiilor ministrului Investițiilor și Proiectelor Europene, Marcel Boloș. Această măsură este inclusă în cererea de plată numărul 4 din Planul Național de Redresare și Reziliență (PNRR), care se preconizează că va fi depusă în luna iunie.

Cererea de plată nu conține doar reformele fiscale prevăzute în planul fiscal, ci și un element esențial referitor la impozitarea mijloacelor de transport poluante. Boloș a menționat că, pe lângă acest aspect, cererea include și o lege care reglementează impozitarea utilajelor grele în funcție de numărul de kilometri parcurși.

Potrivit ministrului, această lege va avea un impact considerabil asupra celor peste 8 milioane de vehicule existente pe piață. Jalonul referitor la impozitarea vehiculelor poluante este în responsabilitatea Ministerului Transporturilor și este considerat a fi de mare complexitate, având o sensibilitate ridicată în ceea ce privește aplicarea sa.

Implementarea acestei măsuri va afecta un număr mare de proprietari de vehicule și va avea implicații semnificative asupra bugetelor autorităților locale. Astfel, reformele asumate prin PNRR își propun să răspundă provocărilor de mediu și să regleze sistemul de impozitare în concordanță cu standardele europene.
