Uniunea Europeană va introduce taxe vamale pentru coletele de sub 150 de euro din 2026

Miniștrii de finanțe ai Uniunii Europene au decis să reducă pragul valoric pentru taxa vamală la coletele importate, astfel încât toate bunurile cu valoare sub 150 de euro vor fi taxate începând din 2026. Măsura vizează în special platformele online din China, precum Shein, Temu și Alibaba.

Potrivit unui comunicat al ECOFIN, noua regulă va înlocui excepția actuală care permite intrarea mărfurilor mici în UE fără plata taxelor vamale, aliniind astfel sistemul vamal cu normele TVA existente. Lansarea centrului de date vamale al UE, planificată pentru 2028, va completa această măsură, însă o soluție temporară va fi aplicată încă din 2026.

Pierderea pragului de scutire a fost salutată de ministrul danez al economiei, Stephanie Lose: ”Mă bucur foarte mult că am ajuns la un acord privind eliminarea pragului vamal de 150 EUR. Ne asigurăm că taxele sunt plătite de la primul euro, creând condiții echitabile de concurență pentru întreprinderile europene și limitând afluxul de bunuri ieftine.” Danemarca deține președinția rotativă a Consiliului UE.

Conform alba24.ro, Comisia Europeană a subliniat că peste 90% din transporturile sub 150 de euro provin din China în 2024, iar modificarea urmărește corectarea dezechilibrelor comerciale și a efectelor negative asupra mediului. Acest pas, anticipat în special de Franța, a fost accelerat pentru a răspunde competiției neloiale și volumului mare de colete ce pun în pericol standardele europene.
