A intrat în vigoare interdicția la pășunat pentru perioada de iarnă

Din 6 decembrie a intrat în vigoare interdicția la pășunat pentru animalele domestice, valabilă până pe 24 aprilie. Această măsură se aplică terenurilor agricole și are ca scop protejarea fondului cinegetic, conform modificărilor legislative recente.

Legea nr. 407/2006 a fost modificată acum doi ani prin ordonanță de urgență, introducând această restricție privind pășunatul pe terenurile agricole în perioada menționată. Excepția se aplică doar dacă proprietarul animalelor deține terenul sau are acord scris de la proprietarul terenului.

Astfel, fermierii nu pot scoate animalele la pășunat pe terenuri agricole în această perioadă, cu excepția celor pe care le dețin sau pentru care au un consimțământ scris. Legea urmărește să echilibreze nevoile agriculturii cu protecția habitatelor faunei sălbatice.

Potrivit informațiilor oferite de alba24.ro, „se interzice pășunatul animalelor domestice pe terenul agricol între 6 decembrie și 24 aprilie, cu excepția cazurilor în care proprietarul animalelor domestice este proprietar sau deține cu orice titlu terenul agricol ori are acordul scris al deținătorului terenului pe care se pășunează.” Aceste reguli trebuie respectate până în primăvară.
