ANAF a colectat 120 de milioane de lei în urma notificării contribuabililor

Agenția Națională de Administrare Fiscală (ANAF) a reușit să strângă aproximativ 120 de milioane de lei în doar câteva zile, prin notificarea contribuabililor cu privire la decontul de TVA. Informația a fost prezentată joi de către Albert Fruth, șef de birou în cadrul Unității de Management al Informației din ANAF.

Fruth a explicat că au fost trimise 20.000 de notificări pentru diferențe, având în vedere că aproape 8.000 de persoane juridice nu au depus decontul până la termenul limită. "Această statistică arată că 8.000 este o cifră semnificativă. Este esențial să se conștientizeze obligația de a depune decontul. Acest proces de evaluare a obligației de depunere a fost observat cu o perioadă înainte și s-au strâns sume considerabile comparativ cu alte perioade. Este important să ne facem cunoscută obligația de declarare", a afirmat el.

Fruth a subliniat că notificările au avut un impact pozitiv, menționând că ANAF a acționat proactiv, încurajând contribuabilii prin apeluri telefonice să își depună deconturile. Din aceste eforturi, agenția a reușit să colecteze 120 de milioane de lei. "Efectul eTVA este că te informează nu doar despre diferențe, ci și că ai omis să îți îndeplinești obligația de declarare", a adăugat el.

Referitor la feedback-ul de la contribuabili, Fruth a spus că aceștia sunt bine pregătiți și oferă adesea opinii relevante. De asemenea, el a discutat despre statisticile legate de notificările eTVA și SAFT, evidențiind faptul că procentul de contribuabili care primesc notificări de conformare este constant, de 5,9%, fie că este vorba de notificări lunare sau trimestriale. "Aceasta indică faptul că trebuie să analizăm mai atent zonele în care datele nu sunt colectate corect și să ajustăm sistemul pe baza feedback-ului primit. Este un aspect deosebit de important pentru noi", a concluzionat Albert Fruth.
