ANAF solicită instituțiilor publice să-și achite datoriile fiscale restante

Agenția Națională de Administrare Fiscală (ANAF) atenționează instituțiile și autoritățile publice cu restanțe fiscale neachitate până la 31 august 2025, care însumează aproape 583 de milioane de lei, să-și regleze situația financiară. Obiectivul este prevenirea acumulării unor datorii suplimentare și conformarea la lege.

În noiembrie 2025, ANAF va expedia notificări oficiale către toate entitățile publice cu obligații restante, cu scopul de a le informa și de a facilita accesul la opțiuni de plată și facilități fiscale. „Conform articolului 7 din Codul de procedură fiscală (Legea nr. 207/2015), ANAF are rolul de a sprijini conformarea voluntară a contribuabililor, inclusiv a instituțiilor publice,” precizează un comunicat al agenției.

Potrivit informațiilor publicate de alba24.ro, aceste măsuri urmăresc să susțină instituțiile și autoritățile în achitarea sumelor restante, oferindu-le posibilitatea de a solicita eșalonarea plății datoriilor fără a constitui garanții, ținând cont de statutul lor juridic. Astfel, conformarea la plată devine mai accesibilă și mai flexibilă.

ANAF transmite astfel un semnal clar că este necesară respectarea obligațiilor fiscale și evidențiază importanța colaborării pentru gestionarea eficientă a finanțelor publice, prevenind acumularea unor probleme financiare pe termen lung în administrația publică.
