Aproape 80% dintre restaurantele din România aveau nereguli grave, conform ANPC

Orecentă campanie de control desfășurată de Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC) a relevat că aproape 80% dintre restaurantele verificate funcționau cu nereguli serioase. Dintre cele 178 de unități inspectate, 142 au fost sancționate, iar 28 au fost închise temporar pentru remedierea problemelor identificate.

Inspectorii ANPC au aplicat amenzi în valoare totală de 1.269.500 lei și au emis 52 de avertismente. În plus, au retras de la consum produse necorespunzătoare în cantitate de peste 2.100 kg. Printre neregulile întâlnite se numără utilizarea ingredientelor expirate, depozitarea necorespunzătoare a alimentelor și folosirea ustensilelor murdare sau deteriorate. De asemenea, meniurile din unele localuri nu conțineau informații despre alergeni, ceea ce reprezintă o îngrijorare majoră pentru sănătatea consumatorilor.

În timpul controalelor, inspectorii au găsit în bucătării frigidere pline de gheață și murdărie, tigăi cu ulei ars, produse alimentare fără etichete sau date de expirare, precum și coșuri de gunoi necorespunzătoare. În anumite cazuri, băuturile răcoritoare erau depozitate direct pe podea, iar pentru curățarea vaselor erau folosiți bureți de sârmă.

Aceste acțiuni de control au fost menite să asigure respectarea normelor legale de protecție a consumatorilor în sectorul alimentar din România.
