BNR pune în circulație o monedă din argint dedicată lui Mihail Sadoveanu

De luni, 15 decembrie 2025, Banca Națională a României lansează o monedă din argint cu tema „145 de ani de la nașterea lui Mihail Sadoveanu”. Tirajul maxim este de 5.000 de piese, iar moneda are valoarea nominală de 10 lei. Aversul redă elemente inspirate din povestea „Dumbrava minunată”.

Pe reversul monedei este reprezentat portretul scriitorului și anii vieții sale, 1880–1961, alături de numele său. Monedele sunt ambalate în capsule transparente, însoțite de broșuri și certificate de autenticitate redactate în română, engleză și franceză.

Conform alba24.ro, certificatul de autenticitate conține semnăturile guvernatorului BNR și casierului central. Prețul de vânzare al monedei este de 640 lei, exclusiv TVA, și include broșura de prezentare. Monedele au putere circulatorie pe teritoriul României.

Lansarea monedelor are loc prin sucursalele regionale ale BNR din București, Cluj, Constanța, Dolj, Iași și Timiș, facilitând accesul colecționarilor și pasionaților la această emisiune specială cu valoare culturală importantă.
