Bursa locurilor de muncă pentru absolvenți, la Alba Iulia pe 11 octombrie

Pe 11 octombrie, Alba Iulia va găzdui Bursa locurilor de muncă dedicată absolvenților. Această inițiativă le oferă tinerilor ocazia de a explora oferta angajatorilor și de a evalua oportunitățile de angajare disponibile. De asemenea, companiile participante au șansa de a recruta noi angajați.

Evenimentul este organizat de Agenția Județeană pentru Ocuparea Forței de Muncă (AJOFM) Alba, în colaborare cu Centrul de Informare, Consiliere și Orientare în Carieră al Universității „1 Decembrie 1918”. Bursa se va desfășura la Carolina Mall, situat pe Strada A.I. Cuza nr. 2, în Alba Iulia.

Scopul acestui eveniment este de a facilita o întâlnire fluidă între cererea și oferta de muncă, având în vedere nevoile absolvenților și ale angajatorilor. AJOFM Alba invită atât agenții economici, cât și persoanele în căutarea unui loc de muncă, precum și reprezentanții instituțiilor interesate de piața muncii, să participe la acest event.

Angajatorii au ocazia de a-și prezenta locurile de muncă vacante și de a interacționa direct cu viitorii angajați pentru a afla ce își doresc aceștia și ce așteptări au. Persoanele care își caută un loc de muncă pot experimenta piața muncii, pot descoperi meseriile cele mai căutate și pot identifica competențele care le-ar putea crește șansele de angajare.

De asemenea, participanții vor putea negocia direct un pachet salarial. Reprezentanții AJOFM vor oferi informații suplimentare referitoare la diverse facilități disponibile.
