Cadastru gratuit în Alba: trei localități vor beneficia de programul național în 2025

Trei localități din Alba vor beneficia de cadastru gratuit în 2025

Consiliul Județean Alba propune includerea a trei localități în programul național de cadastru și carte funciară din anul 2025. Potrivit sursei alba24.ro, locuitorii din aceste zone vor avea posibilitatea să efectueze gratuit înregistrarea proprietăților lor în sistemul integrat de cadastru și carte funciară.

În cadrul acestui program, vor fi realizate planurile cadastrale, precum și deschiderea cărților funciare, iar beneficiarii vor fi scutiți de costuri pentru aceste servicii. Obiectivul principal al programului național este realizarea unui inventar complet al proprietăților imobiliare din România, pentru a asigura siguranța circuitului civil al proprietăților.

Potrivit anunțului, în plus, acest demers are ca scop crearea unui registru clar și sigur al proprietăților, astfel încât să se evite conflictele legate de drepturile de proprietate. În toate aceste acțiuni, autoritățile locale urmăresc să sprijine cetățenii, facilitând înregistrarea legală și transparentă a terenurilor și clădirilor.

Aceasta inițiativă face parte din eforturile naționale de modernizare a sistemului de evidență a proprietăților, în vederea protejării drepturilor legale ale deținătorilor, notează alba24.ro. Noile măsuri vor contribui la creșterea siguranței juridice și la dezvoltarea durabilă a comunităților locale.
