CECCAR introduce documente digitale pentru contabili, reducind birocraţia

Corpului Experților Contabili și Contabililor Autorizați din România (CECCAR) a lansat recent noi documente digitale, inclusiv e-legitimație, e-parafă, adeverințe și e-aviz. Aceste instrumente moderne sunt menite să reducă birocrația, costurile și timpul de lucru pentru profesioniștii din domeniu.

Conform unei decizii publicate în Monitorul Oficial pe 2 septembrie 2025, documentele tradiționale în format fizic vor rămâne valabile până la 31 martie 2026. Ulterior, din 2026, numai documentele electronice vor fi acceptate pentru identificarea și autorizarea profesională. Această tranziție vine să susțină digitalizarea și transparența în domeniu.

CECCAR pune la dispoziția membrilor săi e-legitimația în format PDF, cu cod QR pentru verificare, e-parafa având rol în semnătura digitală și adeverințele electronice care atestă pregătirea profesională. În plus, e-avizul de exercitare a profesiei va înlocui adverințele tipărite pentru societățile de contabilitate.

Potrivit alba24.ro, această modernizare face parte din eforturile de digitalizare în profesia contabilă din România, iar noile adeverințe și documente electronice pot fi accesate direct din platforma CECCAR. „Soluțiile digitale reduc birocrația și cresc eficiența profesională”, notează sursa.
