Cerere mare pentru posturi fără studii superioare în București și marile orașe

Din sondajele recente, șoferii, lucrătorii în depozit, casierii și mecanicii se numără printre cei mai căutați candidați fără studii superioare. Platforma iajob.ro oferă 5.500 de joburi pentru aceștia, iar eJobs.ro adaugă alte 6.400. Posturile implică prezență fizică, iar ofertele sunt concentrate în București și principalele orașe.

”Finalul de an aduce oportunități pentru candidații din segmentul blue collar (fără studii superioare), fiind disponibile acum 5.500 de joburi pe iajob.ro și alte 6.400 pe eJobs.ro. Angajatorii sunt în continuă căutare de personal pentru posturile de execuție,” explică autorii studiului citat de Agerpres, care arată că cele mai multe oferte sunt pentru șoferi, lucrători în depozit, casieri, mecanici și personal pentru curățenie.

Potrivit alba24.ro, regiuni precum Brașov, Cluj-Napoca, Constanța, Iași și Timișoara completează topul orașelor cu cele mai multe joburi disponibile. Fluctuația mare în industriile retail, HoReCa și producție duce la o nevoie urgentă de angajare, iar companiile caută atât persoane fără experiență, cât și pe cele cu pregătire anterioară.

Salariul mediu net pentru pozițiile entry-level este de 4.000 de lei lunar, iar în sectoarele cheie, precum retail și alimentație, media este în jur de 3.500 de lei. ”Pentru ei contează mult posibilitatea de a lua direct legătura cu angajatorii,” notează Bogdan Badea, CEO eJobs, care subliniază că jumătate dintre anunțuri afișează salariul transparent pentru a facilita angajarea rapidă.
