Consiliul Concurentei aprobă achiziționarea grupului OTP de către Banca Transilvania

Luni, Consiliul Concurentei a anunțat aprobarea tranzacției prin care Banca Transilvania urmează să preia companiile grupului OTP. Printre acestea se numără OTP Bank Romania S.A., OTP Leasing Romania IFN S.A., OTP Asset Management Romania S.A.I. S.A., OTP Factoring S.R.L. și subsidiarele sale.

"In urma analizei, Consiliul Concurentei a constatat că această operațiune nu ridică obstacole semnificative în calea concurenței efective pe piața românească sau pe o parte substanțială a acesteia și că nu există îndoieli serioase privind compatibilitatea sa cu un mediu concurențial normal", se arată în comunicatul instituției.

Banca Transilvania S.A., principalul actor al Grupului Financiar Banca Transilvania, oferă o gamă largă de servicii financiare în România, printre care servicii bancare, investiții, administrarea portofoliilor și leasing.

Grupul OTP, din care fac parte OTP Bank Romania, OTP Leasing Romania IFN S.A., OTP Asset Management Romania S.A.I. S.A., OTP Factoring S.R.L. și subsidiarele sale, OTP Consulting Romania S.R.L., OTP Advisors S.R.L. și Fundația OTP Bank Romania, furnizează diverse produse și servicii financiar-bancare.

Astfel, prin această decizie, Consiliul Concurentei asigură că preluarea grupului OTP de către Banca Transilvania nu va afecta piața concurențială din România.
