Creșterea indicelui ROBOR afectează românii cu credite în lei

Vești nefavorabile pentru românii care au credite denominate în lei. Indicele ROBOR la trei luni, care influențează costul creditelor de consum cu dobândă variabilă, a atins joi valoarea de 5,96% pe an, crescând de la 5,94% pe an, conform informațiilor furnizate de Banca Națională a României. Comparativ, la începutul anului trecut, indicele se situa la 6,21%.

De asemenea, indicele ROBOR la șase luni, folosit pentru stabilirea dobânzilor la creditele ipotecare cu dobândă variabilă, a urcat la 6,02% pe an, în creștere față de 6,01% pe an în sesiunea anterioară. În aceeași zi, ROBOR la 12 luni a ajuns la 6,12%, față de 6,11% pe an raportat miercuri, conform surselor de știri.

Pe de altă parte, indicele de referință pentru creditele consumatorilor, cunoscut sub denumirea de IRCC, este de 5,66% pe an. Acesta este calculat pe baza mediei aritmetice a ratelor de dobândă din tranzacțiile interbancare din trimestrul III al anului 2024 și prezintă o scădere comparativ cu trimestrul anterior, când era de 5,99%.
