Creșterea numărului de tranzacții imobiliare în luna iunie 2024

Numărul tranzacțiilor imobiliare a avut o creștere semnificativă în luna iunie 2024, comparativ cu luna precedentă, conform datelor furnizate de Agenția Națională de Cadastru și Publicitate Imobiliară (ANCPI). În iunie 2024, la nivel național, s-au vândut 45.718 imobile, cu 2.117 mai multe față de luna mai a aceluiași an. Această cifră este, de asemenea, cu 1.299 mai mare comparativ cu luna iunie a anului trecut.

În județul Alba, numărul tranzacțiilor imobiliare a crescut, deși numărul ipotecilor a scăzut. În iunie 2024, s-au vândut 411 imobile în acest județ, din care 109 terenuri cu construcții, 98 fără construcții în intravilan și 107 terenuri agricole. În luna precedentă, mai 2024, s-au vândut 308 imobile: 66 terenuri cu construcții, 78 fără construcții în intravilan și 110 terenuri agricole. În ceea ce privește ipotecile, în iunie au fost înregistrate 165 dintre acestea, din care 62 pe terenuri cu construcții, 39 fără construcții în intravilan și 10 pe terenuri agricole. Luna mai înregistrase 269 de ipoteci în județ.

Cele mai multe vânzări au fost înregistrate în București - 9.062, Ilfov - 3.707 și Timiș - 2.138. Cele mai puține imobile vândute au fost înregistrate în județele Teleorman - 45, Covasna - 252 și Olt - 260.

În ceea ce privește ipotecile la nivel național, în luna iunie 2024 au fost înregistrate 25.174 ipoteci, cu 7.626 mai multe decât în aceeași perioadă a anului precedent. Cele mai multe ipoteci au fost înregistrate în București - 5.062, Ilfov - 2.221 și Constanța - 1.549. La polul opus, Harghita a înregistrat doar 30 de ipoteci, Covasna - 73 și Gorj - 80.

Județele cu cele mai multe terenuri agricole vândute în luna iunie 2024 au fost Dolj - 488, Galați - 400 și Arad - 372.
