Fermierii vor plăti impozite majorate pentru sere, solarii și silozuri din 2026

De la 1 ianuarie 2026, fermierii vor resimți impactul noilor reglementări fiscale, care introduc o impunere de 50% asupra spațiilor de producție și depozitare agricole, precum serele, solariile și silozurile, care până acum erau scutite. Creșterea impozitelor va afecta și terenurile agricole extravilane, unde taxele vor crește cu aproximativ 135%.

Legea nr. 207/2015 prevede, prin articolul 26, eliminarea unor scutiri fiscale acordate anterior, afectând astfel clădirile destinate cultivării în spații protejate, dar și depozitarea furajelor sau cerealelor. Această modificare fiscală va majora costurile fermei, într-un context economic în care taxele locale sunt deja planificate să crească.

Investițiile realizate de fermieri în silozuri și spații de depozitare, încurajate și de programe guvernamentale, riscă să fie afectate grav, iar acest lucru ar putea conduce la creșterea prețurilor produselor agricole autohtone și la scăderea cererii interne. Totodată, conform alba24.ro, noile taxe riscă să pună presiuni serioase asupra sectorului agricol românesc.

Este neclar dacă depozitele pentru legume și fructe vor fi incluse în noile impozite, deoarece legislația menționează doar silozurile pentru furaje și cele destinate cerealelor. Aceste măsuri fiscale sunt elaborate pentru a redresa finanțele locale, însă producătorii agricoli se pregătesc pentru o creștere considerabilă a obligațiilor fiscale.
