Firmele care angajează elevi sau studenți în vacanță pot primi sprijin financiar de la stat

Companiile care angajează elevi sau studenți în perioadele de vacanță pot beneficia de un ajutor de la stat. Potrivit Agenției Naționale pentru Ocuparea Forței de Muncă (ANOFM), acest sprijin este sub forma unui stimulent lunar egal cu 50% din valoarea indicatorului social de referință (ISR), care în prezent este de 660 de lei.

Directorii ANOFM notează că stimulentul poate fi acordat pentru fiecare elev sau student pentru care s-a încheiat un contract individual de muncă. Cuantumul este plătit pentru maximum 60 de zile lucrătoare într-un an calendaristic. Diferența dintre suma acordată și salariul plătit de angajator trebuie suportată din fonduri proprii, menționează sursa alba24.ro.

Potrivit informațiilor, angajatorii care încadrează elevi și studenți în muncă pot beneficia de acest sprijin dacă respectă anumite condiții. De exemplu, pentru tinerii până în 18 ani, contractul trebuie să fie încheiat pentru o normă întreagă, cu un program de 6 ore pe zi și 30 de ore pe săptămână.

Pentru a se califica pentru acest stimulent, angajatorii trebuie să încheie o înțelegere cu agenția pentru ocuparea forței de muncă din județ sau din București în termen de 30 de zile de la angajarea elevilor sau studenților. ANOFM adaugă că nu beneficiază de acest sprijin firmele care încadrează elevi sau studenți în anumite condiții speciale, însă detaliile exacte nu sunt precizate în comunicat.
