Guvernul propune o taxă de 25 de lei pentru coletele din afara Uniunii Europene

Guvernul român intenționează să introducă o taxă fixă de 25 de lei pentru fiecare colet cu valoarea de până la 150 de euro, venind din spațiul extra-comunitar și livrat direct la domiciliul cumpărătorilor. Potrivit ministrului Alexandru Nazare, această taxă va fi aplicată în colaborare cu companiile de curierat pentru toate coletele care ajung în România din afara Uniunii Europene, inclusiv cele care trec prin hub-uri din țară.

"Propunem o taxă fixă de 25 de lei pentru fiecare colet de 150 de euro. Aceasta va fi instituită printr-o colaborare cu toate companiile de curierat care preiau aceste colete, astfel încât să includem și coletele care vin direct din zone extracomunitare sau prin alte hub-uri din țară. Odată ce această taxă va fi introdusă, companiile care doresc să stabilească hub-uri logistice în România și să distribuie din țară nu vor fi nevoite să plătească această sumă", a explicat Alexandru Nazare, citat de Economedia.

Conform sursei, citată de noteaza Alba24.ro, această măsură face parte dintr-un trend european. La nivelul Uniunii Europene se discută și despre o taxă similară de doi euro pentru coletele primite acasă, precum și de 50 de cenți pentru coletele trimise în depozite, din platforme precum Shein, Temu sau Aliexpress.

Potrivit declarațiilor, măsura are ca scop atât colectarea de fonduri, cât și încurajarea firmelor de logistică să își stabilească hub-uri în România. Ministrul explică faptul că acele companii care își vor face depozite proprii în țară vor fi scutite de plata taxei, fiind un stimulent pentru afaceri locale.
