Hidroelectrica introduce plata facturilor cu cardul prin aplicația iHidro

Hidroelectrica a anunțat o nouă modalitate de plată pentru clienți, începând de luni, când a semnat un contract cu compania PayU pentru servicii de plată cu cardul. Această inițiativă va permite utilizatorilor să achite facturile direct prin aplicația iHidro sau pe site-ul oficial al companiei.

Deși Hidroelectrica nu a comunicat o dată exactă pentru lansarea acestei opțiuni, se știe că procesul de implementare va dura până la 15 zile de la emiterea ordinului de execuție. Compania a menționat că este necesară finalizarea unor etape tehnice pentru a asigura compatibilitatea sistemelor informatice și pentru a aduce modificările necesare aplicației iHidro.

Valoarea contractului încheiat cu PayU se ridică la 3,463 milioane de lei, iar acest acord a fost obținut în urma unei proceduri de achiziție sectorială, în competiție cu alte oferte, inclusiv cele de la asocierea CEC Bank - Europayment Services și Netopia Financial Services.

Pe lângă facilitarea plății cu cardul, noul sistem va permite și integrarea cu servicii populare precum Apple Pay și Google Pay. Până acum, clienții Hidroelectrica au avut la dispoziție metode precum transferul bancar, plata la ghișeele Poștei Române sau prin automate de plată ale băncilor.

Hidroelectrica este recunoscută ca fiind cel mai mare producător de energie verde din România, operând 187 de centrale cu o capacitate hidroenergetică totală de 6,3 GW și furnizând servicii tehnologice pentru Sistemul Energetic Național.
