Impozitarea veniturilor din dividende după 1 ianuarie 2025

ANAF, prin Direcția Generală Regională a Finanțelor Publice Cluj-Napoca, aduce clarificări cu privire la impozitarea veniturilor din dividende, conform noii legislații. OUG nr. 156/2024, publicată în Monitorul Oficial nr. 1334 pe 31 decembrie 2024, aduce modificări importante la Legea nr. 227/2015, care reglementează Codul fiscal.

Potrivit noilor reglementări, cota de impozit aplicată veniturilor din dividende se va schimba de la 8% la 10% pentru dividendele distribuite după data de 1 ianuarie 2025. În schimb, pentru dividendele care sunt distribuite pe baza situațiilor financiare interimare întocmite în 2024, cota de impozit rămâne la 8%. Aceste dividende nu vor fi supuse recalculării impozitului, iar regularizarea se va realiza conform situațiilor financiare anuale aferente exercițiului financiar din 2024, care trebuie aprobate conform legii.
