Industria alimentară din județul Alba continuă să se dezvolte

Industria alimentară din județul Alba este în continuă expansiune, conform informațiilor oferite de Direcția Sanitară Veterinară și pentru Siguranța Alimentelor (DSVSA). În prezent, judetul are înregistrate 8.029 de unități active în domeniul alimentar.

Potrivit datelor DSVSA, în sectorul vânzărilor cu amănuntul de produse de origine animală și non-animală, în 2022 au fost înregistrate 523 de unități. Cu toate acestea, 118 din acestea și-au încheiat activitatea. Comparativ, în 2023 erau înregistrate 548 de unități, iar în 2022 numărul era de 399.

“Județul Alba este recunoscut, la nivel național, pentru industria alimentară bine reprezentată, datorită marilor procesatori de carne, produse lactate, miez de nucă, miere, vin, condimente și alte produse alimentare, care au devenit branduri de renume”, notează DSVSA Alba.

Anul trecut, au fost autorizate două centre de colectare lapte, două unități de procesare lapte și o unitate de procesare produse din carne, conform Ordinului ANSVSA nr. 57/2010. Aceste unități au beneficiat de fonduri nerambursabile, sunt autorizate pentru comerț intracomunitar și reprezintă un avantaj considerabil pentru economia locală.

DSVSA Alba, autoritatea competentă pentru autorizarea unităților din domeniul alimentar, permite transmiterea documentației necesare online, pe adresa de e-mail office-alba@ansvsa.ro, cu specificarea adreselor de contact. Medicii veterinari și inspectorii vor verifica documentele prezentate, dar și îndeplinirea cerințelor legate de igiena produselor alimentare și alte aspecte sanitar-veterinare relevante.
