Managerii români prevăd o creștere a prețurilor în construcții până în decembrie 2024

Conform datelor furnizate de Institutul Național de Statistică (INS), managerii din România au estimat o creștere a prețurilor în sectorul construcțiilor. Aceasta prognoză vizează o perioadă până la finalul anului 2024.

Estimările din luna octombrie 2024 sugerează o scădere moderată a volumului producției în construcții pe parcursul următoarelor trei luni, cu un sold conjunctural de -11%. În același timp, se estimează că numărul angajaților va rămâne relativ stabil, soldul conjunctural fiind de -5%. În ceea ce privește prețurile lucrărilor de construcții, managerii preconizează o creștere semnificativă, cu un sold conjunctural de +23%.

În sectorul industriei prelucrătoare, managerii au prevăzut o creștere moderată a volumului producției în următoarele trei luni, soldul conjunctural fiind de +7%. Totuși, se estimează o scădere moderată a numărului de angajați, cu un sold de -6%. Prețurile produselor industriale sunt, de asemenea, așteptate să înregistreze o creștere moderată, soldul conjunctural fiind de +15%.

În sectorul comerțului cu amănuntul, managerii anticipează o tendință de creștere a activității economice pentru următoarele trei luni, cu un sold conjunctural de +20%. De asemenea, volumul comenzilor către furnizori va crește moderat, soldul fiind de +16%. Angajatorii prevăd și o creștere moderată a numărului de angajați, cu un sold conjunctural de +11%, precum și o creștere a prețurilor de vânzare cu amănuntul, estimată la +30%.

Conform estimărilor din luna octombrie 2024, cererea de servicii (cifra de afaceri) va rămâne stabilă în următoarele trei luni, cu un sold conjunctural de +5%. Managerii din sectorul serviciilor se așteaptă la o stabilitate a numărului de angajați (sold conjunctural 0%) și la o creștere moderată a prețurilor de vânzare sau de facturare, cu un sold conjunctural de +15%.
