Marcel Ciolacu: Guvernul nu va crește TVA și cota unică de impozitare

În cadrul Summitului Autorităților Publice Municipale din România, premierul Marcel Ciolacu, liderul Partidului Social Democrat (PSD), a afirmat că guvernul nu va majora taxa pe valoarea adăugată (TVA) și nici cota unică de impozitare.

Ciolacu a subliniat importanța reducerii impozitării pentru salariile mici și medii, în special pentru tinerii sub 26 de ani. "Vă rog eu frumos, opriți-vă. Nu se mărește TVA-ul. O spun, mă tatuez pe mână: Nu se mărește TVA-ul", a afirmat premierul, răspunzând întrebărilor referitoare la o posibilă creștere a acestei taxe.

În urma întrebărilor din partea jurnaliștilor, Ciolacu a insistat că nu va exista o majorare a cotei unice de impozitare, care actualmente este de 10%. "Cum să crească cota unică pe venit, când noi avem cea mai mare impozitare a muncii la veniturile mici și medii? Ce om normal la cap ar face acest lucru?", a declarat el.

Referitor la TVA-ul redus, premierul a menționat că nu există motive de îngrijorare, deoarece anul viitor se așteaptă o creștere a veniturilor din PIB cu 2,5 puncte procentuale, având în vedere că s-au negociat 1,1 puncte procentuale. Ciolacu a subliniat necesitatea unei gestionări mai eficiente a fondurilor publice și a digitalizării pentru îmbunătățirea colectării veniturilor.

El a mai adăugat că impozitarea muncii ar trebui să scadă pentru tinerii și veniturile mici, având impact asupra ratei șomajului. “Trebuie această discuție avuta după campania electorală. Eu as merge mai departe și aș propune reducerea cheltuielilor, astfel încât toată lumea să aibă acces egal la servicii de sănătate și educație", a concluzionat Ciolacu.
