Ministerul Energiei lansează apelul pentru proiecte de stocare a energiei electrice

Ministerul Energiei a anunțat începutul apelului de proiecte destinat sprijinirii investițiilor în dezvoltarea capacităților de stocare a energiei electrice, mai exact a sistemelor pe bază de baterii. Finanțarea provine din Fondul pentru modernizare, parte a Programului-cheie 1 - Surse regenerabile de energie și stocarea energiei, cu un buget total de 150 de milioane de euro.

Scopul principal al acestui apel este de a sprijini investițiile în capacitățile de stocare a energiei electrice care sunt conectate la instalații existente de producere a energiei din surse regenerabile, inclusiv centrale hidroelectrice. Ministerul specifică faptul că aceste capacități de stocare ar trebui să absoarbă anual cel puțin 75% din energia generată de instalațiile de producere a energiei regenerabile la care sunt direct conectate.

Procedura de aplicație se va realiza printr-un sistem de ofertare concurențială, având ca principal criteriu de selecție prețul exprimat în Euro/MWh. Proiectele care se doresc a fi finanțate trebuie să vizeze implementarea unei noi capacități de stocare a energiei electrice, prin intermediul bateriilor, conectate la o instalație deja existentă de producere a energiei din surse regenerabile.

Aplicațiile vor fi trimise prin platforma electronică dedicată Fondului pentru modernizare, denumită MySMIS2021. Bugetul total al schemei de ajutor de stat se ridică la echivalentul în lei al sumei de 150.000.000 euro, bani care vor fi oferiți sub formă de sume nerambursabile din Fondul pentru modernizare.
