Ministerul Finanțelor lansează titluri de stat Fidelis 2025 cu dobânzi până la 8,20%

Ministerul Finanțelor a anunțat lansarea unei noi ediții a programului Fidelis, cu perioada de subscriere 5-12 septembrie 2025 și dobânzi maxime de până la 8,20%. Emisiunea vizează titluri denominate în lei și în euro.

Persoanele fizice rezidente și nerezidente peste 18 ani pot subscrie prin băncile partenere: BT Capital Partners și Banca Transilvania, Banca Comercială Română, B.R.D., Alpha Bank și Tradeville cu Libra Bank. Valoarea nominală este 100 lei sau 100 euro, iar pragurile minime sunt 5.000 lei și 1.000 euro.

Nu se percep comisioane din partea băncilor intermediare, iar veniturile din dobânzi și câștiguri de capital sunt neimpozabile. Investitorii pot vinde titlurile înainte de scadență şi primesc dobânda pentru perioada deținere, potrivit regulilor emisiunii.

Tranșele dedicate donatorilor de sânge oferă un punct procentual în plus la titlurile cu scadență de doi ani: 8,20% în lei și 4,10% în euro. Pragurile minime scad de zece ori, la 500 lei și 100 euro, pentru donații înregistrate începând cu 1 martie 2025, conform alba24.ro.
