Moțiunea de obligare a firmelor de a avea cont bancar, anunțată de ministrul de Finanțe

Ministerul de Finanțe a anunțat că toate companiile vor fi obligate să dețină un cont bancar, pentru a asigura o mai bună vizibilitate a plăților către stat. Alexandru Nazare, ministrul de Finanțe, a explicat că această măsură are ca scop monitorizarea datoriilor companiilor, deoarece multe dintre ele au restanțe către stat.

Potrivit ministrului, în prezent, există circa 698.000 de companii fără card bancar și fără cont în bancă. Majoritatea acestor firme au datorii la stat de peste 1,7 miliarde de lei. Nazare notează că ponderea firmelor fără relații bancare este foarte mare, aproape jumătate din cele active, ceea ce face dificilă urmărirea plăților.

Ministrul de Finanțe a menționat că această măsură va fi aplicată doar firmelor, nu și persoanelor fizice, care vor putea continua să folosească cash-ul sau cardul pentru tranzacții. Conform Hotnews, ministrul subliniază că este esențial ca toate persoanele juridice să aibă un cont deschis la bancă, iar băncile au obligația să deschidă cel puțin un cont pentru fiecare companie, pentru a putea avea o trasabilitate clară a plăților, astfel încât statul să poată colecta mai ușor taxele și impozitele.
