Noi reguli în magazine privind shrinkflatia

Un nou ordin emis de Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC) a intrat în vigoare, obligând magazinele să informeze consumatorii despre fenomenul cunoscut sub numele de shrinkflatie. Aceasta se referă la diminuarea volumului sau greutății unui produs, în timp ce prețul rămâne neschimbat. Ordinul 539 al ANPC a fost publicat în Monitorul Oficial pe 30 septembrie și va fi aplicat după o perioadă de 30 de zile.

Conform acestui act normativ, comercianții care vând produse destinate consumului trebuie să informeze consumatorii cu privire la modificările apărute în greutatea sau volumul produselor. Ordinul nu se aplică vânzărilor la distanță.

Premierul Marcel Ciolacu a subliniat importanța acestui ordin prin afirmația că "Reducerea gramajului, dar păstrarea prețului produselor reprezintă, de fapt, o scumpire mascată și o înșelare a clienților. O practică pe care, de astăzi, odată cu intrarea în vigoare a ordinului emis de ANPC, niciun comerciant nu o va mai putea folosi."

De asemenea, Ordinul ANPC 539 impune operatorilor economici să afișeze prețul pe unitatea de referință la locul de vânzare în care aplică modificarea volumului sau greutății produsului. Atunci când un comerciant vinde un produs preambalat cu un volum sau o greutate redusă, acesta trebuie să informeze consumatorii despre modificările respective, chiar dacă prețul rămâne același.

Informațiile vor fi prezentate într-un mod vizibil și lizibil, utilizând un mesaj clar, astfel încât consumatorii să fie conștienți de schimbările apărute.
