Numărul insolvențelor firmelor a crescut cu 3,84% în 2025 față de 2024

În anul 2025, numărul societăților comerciale și persoanelor fizice autorizate (PFA) intrate în insolvență a ajuns la 7.553, în creștere cu 3,84% față de anul anterior, arată %source%. Datele Oficiului Național al Registrului Comerțului arată variații semnificative pe județe, cu cele mai multe cazuri în București, dar și creșteri notabile în județe precum Alba și Ilfov.

Conform %source%, în 2025 au fost înregistrate 7.553 insolvențe, față de 7.274 în 2024. Bucureștiul înregistrează cele mai multe cazuri, cu 1.359 insolvențe, ușor în scădere cu 1,16% față de anul precedent. Pe următoarele poziții se situează județele Bihor, cu 661 insolvențe (plus 13,77%), Cluj – 511 (minus 3,40%), Timiș – 427 (plus 0,71%), Ilfov – 411 (creștere importantă de 45,74%) și Iași – 256 (scădere de 16,07%).

De remarcat este și creșterea semnificativă din județul Alba, unde insolvențele au crescut cu 34,78%, de la 92 în 2024 la 122 în 2025. La polul opus, cele mai puține insolvențe s-au înregistrat în județele Covasna (26, minus 7,14%), Harghita (34, minus 10,53%), Botoșani (36, minus 30,77%), Vaslui (50, plus 21,95%), Giurgiu (51, minus 1,92%) și Gorj (54, minus 6,90%).

În luna decembrie 2025, au fost raportate 1.046 insolvențe, cele mai numeroase în București, cu 208 cazuri, urmat de județele Cluj (78), Timiș (63) și Bihor (60), potrivit datelor %source%. În Alba, în decembrie au fost înregistrate 22 de insolvențe.

Aceste date indică o tendință stabilă a creșterii insolvențelor la nivel național, în special în anumite regiuni, ceea ce poate influența mediul economic și strategiile de prevenire pentru anul 2026.
