Operatorii economici ar putea folosi case de marcat virtuale și bonuri fiscale electronice

Senatul a primit recent un proiect de lege care permite utilizarea caselor de marcat virtuale (AMEF-V) de către operatorii economici. Acestea ar îndeplini funcțiile aparatelor fiscale clasice, însă bonurile ar fi emise doar în format electronic, dacă legea va fi adoptată și promulgată.

Potrivit inițiatorilor, bonurile fiscale ar putea fi trimise clienților prin cod QR, aplicații mobile, e-mail sau alte metode digitale autorizate. Proiectul legislativ este susținut de partide aflate atât la Putere, cât și în Opoziție și își propune să sprijine digitalizarea fiscalizării.

Unul dintre scopurile principale ale inițiativei este să ofere operatorilor economici un instrument digital modern, flexibil și sigur, care să reducă dependența de echipamentele hardware și să faciliteze fiscalizarea prin soluții tehnologice avansate, după modelul unor state europene precum Franța, Germania sau Suedia, notează alba24.ro.

Proiectul subliniază că această schimbare nu implică costuri suplimentare pentru contribuabili, deoarece AMEF-V poate funcționa pe dispozitive electronice deja în uz, cum ar fi POS-uri, tablete sau telefoane mobile. În plus, arhivarea bonurilor fiscale în format electronic elimină cheltuielile administrative și materiale, explică sursa citată.
