Producătorii cer amânarea majorării accizelor pentru băuturile spirtoase în 2026

Băuturile alcoolice vor fi mai scumpe începând cu 1 ianuarie 2026, din cauza unei noi creșteri a accizelor prevăzute în HG 141/2025. Asociația Producătorilor și Importatorilor de Băuturi Spirtoase avertizează că această majorare de 10% ar putea avea efecte negative majore pe piață.

Reprezentanții asociației explică faptul că, în primele nouă luni din 2025, încasările din accizele pentru băuturi spirtoase au scăzut cu 53,87 milioane lei față de aceeași perioadă din 2024, în ciuda unei creșteri a accizei de peste 14,4%. Aceste date sugerează că majorarea nu a avut efectul așteptat de creștere a veniturilor la buget.

Potrivit alba24.ro, conform unui studiu citat de asociație, aproximativ 30-40% din consumul de băuturi spirtoase din România este netaxat, provenind din surse ilicite, ceea ce a generat pierderi anuale estimate la 45-65 milioane euro. „Este nevoie de o perioadă de cel puțin un an pentru a estima impactul creșterilor de până acum", a subliniat Florin Rădulescu, președintele Spirits România.

Florin Rădulescu mai precizează: „Chiar dacă diferența de venituri încasate ar fi recuperată până la sfârșitul anului, cifrele arată clar că mărirea accizei nu are efectele scontate de creștere a veniturilor statului." El a atras atenția că majorările nu au făcut decât să afecteze producătorii locali și să favorizeze piața ilicită.
