Programul de guvernare al viitorului Executiv propune reforme majore în domeniul muncii și al pensiilor

Un document referitor la programul de guvernare al viitorului Guvern, condus de Ilie Bolojan, include o serie de măsuri menite să reformeze în profunzime piața muncii, sistemul de asistență socială și instituțiile aflate în subordinea Ministerului Muncii.

Un punct important vizează eliminarea cumulului pensie-salariu, măsură care are ca scop principal susținerea unui sistem mai echitabil și transparent. De asemenea, se propune reducerea perioadei de șomaj și eliminarea anumitor excepții privind pensionarea la vârste mici pentru anumite categorii de angajați din sectorul public.

Potrivit sursei, notează alba24.ro, documentul nu este încă definitiv, astfel încât unele dintre aceste măsuri pot suferi modificări în urma negocierilor cu partidele politice. În proiectul de program se numără și alte măsuri importante, însă acestea ar putea fi ajustate până la adoptarea finală a documentului.

Conform informațiilor disponibile, aceste schimbări ar putea avea un impact semnificativ asupra sistemului de pensii și al pieței muncii din țară. Daniel Sasu, expert în politici sociale, menționează că astfel de reforme sunt necesare pentru modernizarea sistemului și pentru a asigura sustenabilitatea pe termen lung.
