România ocupă locul patru în topul țărilor europene cu cele mai ieftine locuințe

România ocupă locul patru în topul țărilor europene cu cele mai ieftine locuințe, potrivit unui studiu din domeniu. Cele mai ieftine prețuri în 2024 au fost în Turcia, Bosnia și Herțegovina și Albania, cu o medie de 1.676 euro pe metru pătrat, în creștere cu 11,5% față de 2023.

Luxemburg domină la nivel național cu 8.760 euro pe metru pătrat în 2024, în timp ce în capitală prețul mediu este peste 11.000 euro/mp. În orașe mari, cum ar fi München și Paris, costurile își mențin niveluri ridicate, de peste 10.000 euro/mp. În ansamblu, 18 din 28 de țări analizate au înregistrat creșeri ale prețurilor.

Printre țările UE analizate, costurile ridicate se observă în Austria, Portugalia, Finlanda și Germania, în timp ce Grecia și România au prețuri sub 2.000 euro/mp. Pentru Bulgaria și Irlanda nu există date. În România, Cluj-Napoca are 2.770 euro/mp, Brașov 1.897 euro/mp, iar București 1.757 euro/mp.

Chiriile urmează aceeași tendință. Luxemburg are chirie medie de 43,4 euro/mp, Paris 32 euro/mp, Dublin 31,7 euro/mp. În România, București și Cluj-Napoca au chirii de 10,3 euro/mp pe lună, iar Brașov 9,2 euro/mp. Potrivit alba24.ro, oferta limitată din piața imobiliară menține aceste niveluri ridicate.
