Românii muncesc mai mult decât europenii din țările bogate

Un raport recent la nivel european dezvăluie că românii lucrează mai multe ore în comparație cu angajații din alte țări, în special din cele mai bogate. Analiza realizată de platforma Visual Capitalist arată că persoanele din România, dar și din Turcia, Serbia, Bosnia și Herțegovina, precum și Grecia, depășesc media de 40 de ore lucrate pe săptămână.

Conform datelor citate de Economedia, românii muncesc, în medie, aproximativ 40 de ore pe săptămână, un nivel similar cu cel din Grecia. Pe primele locuri în această clasificare se află Turcia, cu 44 de ore de muncă săptămânal, urmată de Serbia cu 42 de ore și Bosnia și Herțegovina cu 41 de ore. În contrast, țările mai dezvoltate din Europa, cum ar fi Olanda, au o medie de doar 32 de ore lucrate pe săptămână.

Un grafic publicat prin intermediul voronoiapp.com și bazat pe datele Eurostat din 2023confirmă că românii au un număr semnificativ mai mare de ore lucrate comparativ cu nemții. Astfel, un angajat român lucrează cu 6 ore mai mult pe săptămână decât un angajat din Germania, ceea ce se traduce în aproximativ 3 zile de muncă în plus pe lună.

Această analiză se referă la persoanele cu vârste cuprinse între 20 și 64 de ani, care au o "ocupatie principală", incluzând atât angajații cu normă întreagă, cât și pe cei cu fracțiune de normă. Contrar percepției generale, se dovedește că românii depun un efort considerabil pe piața muncii, lucru care subliniază inegalitățile dintre țările europene.
