Scădere a locuințelor finalizate în primele nouă luni ale anului 2025

Institutul Național de Statistică a raportat o reducere a numărului locuințelor date în folosință în primele trei trimestre ale anului 2025, comparativ cu aceeași perioadă din 2024. Astfel, au fost finalizate 40.322 locuințe, cu 1.990 mai puține față de anul precedent.

În trimestrul al treilea al acestui an, numărul locuințelor finalizate a fost de 15.713, în scădere cu 663 față de trimestrul trei din 2024. Mediul urban a reprezentat 53,1% din totalul locuințelor date în folosință în această perioadă. Locuințele din fonduri private au scăzut cu 856, în timp ce cele din fonduri publice au crescut cu 193.

Pe regiuni, scăderi semnificative s-au înregistrat în Nord-Vest (-644 locuințe), Nord-Est (-351) și Centru (-293), în timp ce București-Ilfov și Vest au raportat creșteri, cu 687, respectiv 57 locuințe în plus. Datele confirmă un trend descendent la nivel național în privința locuințelor construite din fonduri private.

Potrivit alba24.ro, în primele nouă luni ale anului 2025, cele mai multe locuințe finalizate au fost în mediul urban, cu 54,3% din total. Numărul locuințelor realizate din surse private a scăzut cu 2.126, însă cele din surse publice au crescut cu 136. Regiunile București-Ilfov și Nord-Est au înregistrat ușoare creșteri ale proiectelor rezidențiale.
