Sistem complex de monitorizare pe autostrăzi

Compania Națională de Administrare a Infrastructurii Rutiere (CNAIR) dezvoltă un proiect ambițios pentru implementarea unor noi sisteme inteligente de transport (ITS) pe autostrăzile A1, A2, A3 și pe DN1. Aceste sisteme vor folosi camere fixe și mobile pentru a monitoriza traficul. De asemenea, ele vor permite colectarea de date importante, precum viteza vehiculelor, greutatea mașinilor de marfă și emiterea de alerturi în caz de evenimente rutiere.

Informațiile despre condițiile de trafic, limitele de viteză și condițiile meteorologice vor fi disponibile pe parcursul utilizării acestui sistem. Cu ajutorul camerelor, CNAIR va putea aplica sancțiuni pentru șoferii care încalcă regulile de circulație.

Contractul pentru realizarea acestor sisteme și instalarea altora noi, în conformitate cu standardele europene, a fost atribuit firmei Electra Invest. Este vorba despre un proiect denumit "Sistem de monitorizare și informare asupra traficului și a condițiilor de circulație pentru Autostrada A1 București - Pitești, Autostrada A2 București - Cernavodă, Autostrada A3 București - Ploiești, DN 1 București - Ploiești". Valoarea totală a contractului este de 137.119.813,48 lei.

Această investiție va fi parțial finanțată prin Programul Transport, beneficiind de 46.121.748,97 lei din Fondul European de Dezvoltare Regională, restul sumei fiind aportul statului român. Durata contractului se va întinde pe 84 de luni, incluzând 6 luni pentru proiectare, 18 luni pentru executarea lucrărilor și 60 de luni pentru garanția acestora.

Proiectul vizează un total de 360 de kilometri de drumuri, din care 315 km sunt pe autostradă și 45 km pe drum național. De asemenea, va avea loc modernizarea și dezvoltarea capacităților Centrului de Monitorizare și Informare din cadrul Direcției Regionale de Drumuri și Poduri București, conform informațiilor furnizate de CNAIR.

Sistemul de monitorizare video, cunoscut și sub numele de CCTV, va include arhivarea datelor săptămânal, precum și instalarea de camere fixe și mobile, stații meteorologice și senzori care vor ajuta la gestionarea eficientă a traficului rutier.
