Termenul depunerii situațiilor financiare anuale: ANAF stabilește data limită.

Termenul pentru depunerea situațiilor financiare anuale pentru companii a fost anunțat de ANAF. Conform Ministerului Finanțelor și ANAF, termenul limită este 29 mai. ANAF a transmis: "În anul fiscal 2024, pentru aplicarea sistemului de impozitare pe veniturile microîntreprinderilor, persoanele juridice române care nu au depus situațiile financiare ale exercițiului financiar al anului 2022 și/sau ale anilor anteriori trebuie să depună o singură dată situațiile financiare anuale."

Potrivit ANAF, termenul este valabil pentru persoanele juridice române care trebuie să depună situațiile financiare anuale la unitățile teritoriale ale Ministerului Finanțelor în termen de 150 de zile de la încheierea exercițiului financiar. Instituția a mai spus: "Această limită de timp este aplicabilă tuturor entităților, indiferent de sistemul de impozitare, conform Legii contabilității. Nu există nicio derogare de la acest termen pentru exercițiul financiar al anului 2023." De asemenea, contribuabilii înregistrați în scop de TVA care utilizează ca perioadă fiscală trimestrul și au efectuat o achiziție intracomunitară taxabilă în România, ceea ce îi face obligați să-și schimbe perioada fiscală și să devină plătitori de TVA lunar, trebuie să depună o declarație până pe 10 mai.
