Venituri necesare pentru credite de nevoi personale în 2024

Anul 2024 a adus o creștere semnificativă în cererea de credite de nevoi personale din partea băncilor. Aceasta tendință se aliniază cu majorarea veniturilor și a consumului populatiei, astfel că împrumuturile de acest tip au înregistrat o expansiune remarcabilă, atingând cele mai mari niveluri din ultimii ani, comparabile cu perioada de vârf din 2007-2008, conform unui raport publicat de portalul Studii Financiare, asociat Institutului de Studii Financiare.

În prezent, condițiile de creditare rămân favorabile, iar specialiștii consideră că acesta este un moment oportun pentru cei care doresc să acceseze un împrumut, având în vedere prognozele privind înăsprirea criteriilor de acordare a creditelor.

Pentru a obține un credit de 5.000 de euro (aproximativ 25.000 de lei), pe o perioadă de cinci ani, venitul net necesar variază între 1.223 lei și 1.279 lei. Este important de menționat că aceste venituri nete se calculează după deducerea cheltuielilor anterioare, cum ar fi ratelor și costurilor de întreținere, pe care băncile le analizează individual pentru fiecare solicitare.

De asemenea, pentru un împrumut de 10.000 de euro (aproximativ 50.000 de lei), pe aceleași cinci ani, veniturile solicitate vor fi similare, iar băncile oferă dobânzi adaptate nivelului veniturilor clienților.

Astfel, pentru persoanele interesate de credite de nevoi personale, băncilor le revine sarcina de a stabiliza condițiile astfel încât să răspundă nevoilor de finanțare ale clienților, în condițiile unui peisaj economic în continuă schimbare.
