Ministerul Finanțelor a dezvăluit condițiile pentru programul ”Noua Casă” în anul 2024. Acest program va continua cu un plafon de garanții de 1 miliard de lei, permițând persoanelor interesate să obțină un credit pentru a-și cumpăra o locuință prin intermediul băncilor. Beneficiarii pot accesa un credit pe o durată maximă de 30 de ani, cu o dobândă variabilă calculată în funcție de Indicele de referință pentru creditele acordate consumatorilor (IRCC) plus o marjă fixă de aproximativ 2%. Nu există o limită de vârstă pentru a participa la acest program.

În acest an, Ministerul Finanțelor a stabilit un venit minim mai mare față de anul precedent pentru cei interesați să obțină un credit imobiliar. Diferența este de 200 de lei, ceea ce reprezintă o creștere cauzată de majorarea IRCC în ultimii trei ani. Potrivit unei analize realizate de Finzoom, pentru o locuință în valoare de 70.000 de euro, un venit minim de aproximativ 4.700 de lei este necesar pentru a accesa programul, în timp ce pentru o locuință de 140.000 de euro, venitul minim necesar este de aproximativ 9.400 de lei. Programul ”Noua Casă” reprezintă o oportunitate pentru cei care își doresc să își cumpere o locuință, însă este important să respecte condițiile impuse de Ministerul Finanțelor pentru a beneficia de acest credit avantajos.
