Voucherele pentru alimente se reduc în 2025

Anul 2025 aduce schimbări importante pentru românii cu venituri reduse, care în continuare vor beneficia de vouchere pentru achiziția de produse alimentare și mese calde. Programul "Sprijin pentru România" va oferi anul acesta sume mai mici, scăzând de la 250 de lei la 125 de lei pentru voucherele sociale.

Distributia acestor vouchere va avea loc o dată la șase luni, în contrast cu 2024, când cardurile sociale erau încărcate cu 250 de lei o dată la două luni. Prin urmare, persoanele vulnerabile, inclusiv pensionarii și persoanele cu handicap, vor primi în 2025 un total de 250 de lei, împărțit în două tranșe de câte 125 de lei fiecare.

Scopul programului vizează sprijinul categoriilor defavorizate din populație, având ca obiectiv reducerea efectelor sărăciei și combaterea creșterii prețurilor la produsele de bază.

Începând cu 1 ianuarie 2025, Ministerul Muncii a anunțat modificările aduse programului de sprijin social. Conform reglementărilor stabilite de Ordonanța de urgență nr. 115/2023 și Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 70/2024, tichetele sociale pentru alimente vor fi alimentate cu 125 de lei la fiecare șase luni. Sumele disponibile pe cardurile sociale vor rămâne valabile timp de 12 luni de la data încărcării.

Conform declarațiilor ministrului Investițiilor și Proiectelor Europene, Adrian Caciu, aceste carduri sociale pot fi utilizate atât pentru cumpărarea de alimente, cât și pentru mese calde, continuând astfel să sprijine persoanele vulnerabile din România.
