Restaurante închise și amenzi date de Protecția Consumatorilor în Cetatea Alba Carolina

Mai multe unități de alimentație publică din Alba Iulia au fost controlate de Comisariatul Județean pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (CJPC) Alba, iar ca urmare, unele au fost închise temporar. Au fost date amenzi semnificative pentru neregulile descoperite de comisari. Verificările s-au desfășurat în Cetatea Alba Carolina, bulevardul Transilvaniei și cartierul Cetate, la solicitarea cititorilor Alba24 care au sesizat situații neconforme cu legislația în unele restaurante.

Comisarul șef CJPC Alba, Emil Nistor, a confirmat că au fost identificate unități cu activitate suspendată temporar, însă nu a dezvăluit numele acestora. Cel puțin șase locații au fost afectate de această măsură. Controalele au scos la iveală mai multe nereguli, pentru care au fost aplicate amenzi. Cuantumul acestora variază în funcție de gravitatea și numărul încălcărilor constatate. Au fost date amenzi chiar și în valoare de 150.000 de lei. La acțiunea de control au participat comisari de la CJPC Alba, dar și din alte județe. Pentru eficiența verificărilor, s-a ales să se urmărească zona Cetate, dat fiind numărul mare de restaurante și localuri, precum și popularitatea acestora printre turiștii care vizitează Alba Iulia.
