Amenda de 20.000 de lei pentru o firmă din județ

Inspectorii ITM Alba au aplicat o amendă de 20.000 de lei unei firme din județ, în urma descoperirii unui angajat care presta muncă nedeclarată. Conform unui comunicat oficial al ITM, în săptămâna trecută, valoarea totală a amenzilor impuse angajatorilor a fost de 24.500 de lei.

Majoritatea sumei, respectiv 20.000 de lei, a fost aplicată firmei care avea un angajat nelegal. În plus, restul de 4.500 de lei au fost distribuite altor patru firme, la care au fost identificate diverse deficiențe.

Inspectoratul pentru Muncă a derulat verificări în 39 de unități și a controlat un număr de 454 de persoane, au anunțat reprezentanții instituției. Aceste acțiuni fac parte din eforturile continue de combatere a muncii la negru și de asigurare a respectării legislației muncii.
