ANAF a identificat peste 100 de creatori de conținut pentru adulți cu venituri nedeclarate

ANAF a depistat în România peste 100 de utilizatori ai platformelor pentru adulți, inclusiv OnlyFans, care nu au declarat veniturile obținute în anii 2023-2024. Sumele nedeclarate se ridică la circa 65 de milioane de lei, iar statul ar urma să recupereze aproape 8 milioane de lei.

Pe lângă cei deja identificați, alte câteva sute de persoane sunt vizate în prezent de verificările ANAF, iar controalele continuă. Veniturile creatorilor de conținut sunt considerate venituri din activități independente, asemănătoare celor realizate de PFA sau liber profesioniști.

Potrivit alba24.ro, creatorii de conținut trebuie să depună Declarația unică și să achite impozite și contribuții sociale (CAS, CASS), în funcție de venituri. ANAF include acest demers într-o amplă strategie de digitalizare și control al veniturilor online, vizând inclusiv criptomonede sau videochat.

În cazul sumelor mari sau a indicilor de ascundere intenționată, sunt posibile urmăriri pentru evaziune fiscală. Conform informațiilor alba24.ro, ANAF va continua să monitorizeze atent plățile și fluxurile financiare către platformele digitale, mai ales după finalizarea controalelor inițiale.
