ANAF reamintește termenul limită pentru raportarea formularului 397

Agenția Națională de Administrare Fiscală (ANAF) atrage atenția asupra faptului că data de 30 iunie 2025 reprezintă termenul limită pentru depunerea Formularului 397, denumit „Declarație informativă privind activitățile de transport alternativ cu autoturism și conducător auto intermediari prin platforme digitale”. Potrivit OPANAF nr. 382/2025, toate entitățile care desfășoară aceste activități trebuie să depună declarația până la această dată.

ANAF menționează că toate informațiile din declarațiile primite vor fi analizate pentru efectuarea de controale și evaluări de risc. Potrivit sursei, acele contribuabili la care riscul fiscal este considerabil vor fi selectați pentru controale antifraudă. În același timp, expertsii din direcția antifraudă continuă acțiunile de control în domeniul ride-sharing, pentru a combate evaziunea fiscală, în special în cazul platformelor precum Uber, Bolt și altele.

Conform site-ului alba24.ro, ANAF reamintește operatorilor de transport alternativ obligația de a respecta legislația fiscală, inclusiv legislația referitoare la utilizarea forței de muncă. Aceștia sunt obligați să declare și să plătească la bugetul de stat creantele fiscale aferente activității lor, notează autoritățile. Aceasta este o acțiune menită să asigure respectarea legii și prevenirea fraudei fiscale în domeniul transporturilor alternative.
